Q What do you do?

I buy/sell/trade perspective/energy/time. Can we leave it there? No? Ok.

Professional musing is exactly what you think it is and more, injected with lots of laughter if you work with me specifically. The experience is completely custom to the individual and what they want/need. A cocktail that can mix holistic healing with personal brand architecture development, consulting, directing, managing, producing, designing, art-ing, eating amazing food and more. Or maybe nothing at all. Am I present to evoke peace?

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

15+ years in 3 fields: food & hospitality, branding/design and fine art/education. Studying, working and living where the wind blows. Hong Kong, Atlanta, New York, Seattle, etc.

I’ve taken my time to understand company structures laterally as much as vertically. In-house for start-ups, designing for fortune 500 brands through innovation agencies, and more recently diving into web3 via brand architecture consulting. B2B, B2C, D2C, the whole gamut. You may recognize some brands like Rumble Boxing or Sir Kensington’s. I conducted a personal thesis (www.perspective.energy/processart#thesis) at night which is what put me in the music & entertainment industry. In my spare time I like to volunteer for non-profs. One of my favorite experiences was Director of Creative Strategy for the National Museum of Hip-Hop and building an educational program for incarcerated youth at Rikers island.

Now, everything from playing violin to marketing ketchup has influenced my current practice as a professional muse+

Q How do you stand out in your field?

I'm going to be the one to put the masses onto Professional Musing and also bring major awareness to personal brand architecture and brand architecture as popular services for agencies and freelancers to label themselves as. #foodporn is catching on too but I don't want to scare you away too quick.

Q What are you working on right now?

Launching professionalmuse.wtf and our first NFT product wink wink.

Q What’s your style?

Balanced, Contemporary, Unique. Of course, all the ones I present on my own websites! Aside from the muse one I have some more.. softer? quieter? Bodies of work too. www.perspective.energy

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I wish I could spend more time relearning Korean fully so I can read all the academic literature my grandfather wrote (이혜구 Lee, Hye Ku).

Q What is frustrating you right now?

My excitement? I want to do everything right now. Patience, discipline and managing my own expectations is always the biggest challenge. Everything else gets sorted in due time. I'm still looking for the perfect CPA who knows crypto/fiat/Canada/USA. Honestly I don't have anything sitting at the bottom of my To Do list right now. I'm pretty good at keeping things moving.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

Brainless digital marketing. Please sit comfortably and and hit publish on the terabytes of content I have developed but not posted everywhere possible.

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

I don't have any regrets in life or choose to dwell on what ifs. I "fear" death because this life is beautiful and it's going to suck letting go and moving on to the next. Still not sure what I did in the past to deserve such blessings but I'll embrace it all and use it to help propel the energy forward for myself and others. There's nothing I would change thus would not hop in a time machine to move forward or back. I love the present too much.

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

xI want to learn from the people who are founders, chairs and board members of luxury contemporary brands/product based companies. How did you get to where you are and what do you foresee for the next few decades?

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

Want a muse? Want to muse? (or brand architecture) If you're interested in this as a service whether you need it or want to get into it yourself, contact me!

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

This is where it gets really fun as a professional muse. NDA's and general nature restrict me from speaking much on who or what. If I did my job right you will continue to see your favorite creators, founders, geniuses doing what they do best. I'm forever in awe to step out of first person perspective and know I've already had opportunities to spend time with people I absolutely admire and yes I promise you know some of them too. Imagine sitting in the studio listening to never released songs by your dream musician, documenting them at home, hearing their pain, joy, in between meetings, family, friends. And then to know I've had some contribution to their life? Please don't pinch me I'm obsessed with my "job."

Q: What is your rate?

Musing can be for an hour or a year, it really depends but it is a luxury service and the more extensive personal clients usually come with a couple mutual references. 1H start at $500.

Q How should someone approach you about working together?

I'm open to all forms of genius. Please email my@professionalmuse.wtf and explore www.professionalmuse.wtf for more information. Include in your email high level, what you want and what you need. Or that you don't know. and we need to sort it out. Everything can be refined after that. Or @ennischung on social media any questions, say hi.
