Q What do you do?

I help brands connect with their people via social media marketing (organic social, paid media, influencer marketing, and SEO).

With a background working with e-commerce brands, small businesses, start-ups, nonprofits, and agencies, I understand that the legwork of developing a strategy, creating content, writing copy, keeping up with trends... all takes valuable time away from other key business initiatives.
At Evergreen, I blend storytelling, data, and strategy to create a unique playbook to achieve your business goals. There’s so short-cut to creating great content, building a community one conversation at a time, and developing a long-term strategy that fits you like a glove as you grow over time.
I work with brands online across sectors, including interior design, coaches, fashion, real estate. I also provide a more broad offering for small business support, offering graphic design, email marketing, website updates, local SEO, and other marketing services by request.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

My career started out in the agency world in Southern California, which brought me so many positive experiences juggling a variety of clients and working with many talented creatives. My subsequent roles in start-ups, nonprofits, more agencies, and e-commerce brands all shared a common theme -- helping brands connect with their people online (including launching an influencer program from scratch to drive over $1.5M+ in revenue in less than a year).
I ventured out and founded Evergreen Social in August of 2022, and since then have been lucky enough to work with many wonderful clients all over the country -- using social media marketing, content creation, and marketing strategy to support their business objectives over the long-term.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

My focus on connection -- my connection to my clients, and their connection to their customers. My goal is to truly understand who you are, what you're looking for, what your goals are, and how I can strategically help in achieving those.

Q What are you working on right now?

I'm working on launching my second business, Meala Wellness (mealawellness.com) -- through which I'll offer yoga, meditation, breathwork, life coaching, and corporate wellness packages. Expanding and integrating my offerings has been a journey I've loved.

Q What’s your style?

I think the best social media strategy blends aesthetics, authenticity, entertainment, inspiration, and education -- in a way that is both on-brand and jives with the ethos of the platform that it's published to.
My personal taste? Neutral palettes with pops of color, minimalist but upscale typography, and to-the-point copy with heart that cuts through the fluff.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I'm truly in a place where I feel like I've been able to integrate my skills, passions, and interests -- a goal I've been working towards for a long time and maybe one of my greatest achievements. Everything I do is geared towards helping other people -- whether it's working with brands online, helping businesses local to me in Tennessee, teaching yoga classes in person or online, coaching others to unearth their inner knowing and achieve their goals... it makes me the happiest to know that I'm using my skills to make a positive impact.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

Aren't business taxes at the bottom of everyone's list?

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

A cleaner, for sure. Clean spaces spark creativity -- and the more time I have to do that, the happier I am!

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

That box dye rarely turns out the way you hope. That there is and never will be a point of arrival -- and I don't always have to be working so hard to get to what's "next". That my "weird" qualities are actually my greatest strengths. And that everything comes out in the wash. Usually.

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I love a good system -- creating systems within my businesses and my life that make things simpler, faster, more efficient, etc. I'd love to connect with someone ahead of me in the business space and compare -- how do you make the gears turn, how do you think, what works well for you and what mistakes have you learned from?

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I love working with clients in the wellness / outdoor / fitness space. I also love working with small to midsize brands -- developing long-term relationships with small teams is a highlight. That said, all clients are welcome!

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

My ideal client is clear on their offering, what support they're looking for, and how I can help. My favorite clients have set clear expectations, communicated their feedback constructively, and we've build a meaningful rapport over the long-term as we learn each other and drive results together.

Q What is your rate?

The price of working together depends entirely on what you're looking for and your marketing budget, but our clients typically spend between $850 - $2,500 on marketing custom packages. Let's chat about your goals, and we can color within the lines.

Q How should someone approach you about working together?

Reach out via evergreen.social/contact we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
