Kasia Manolas
Q What do you do?
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
I started freelance writing nearly a decade ago, was hired full-time by a growing startup, and I'm now back in the freelance market to bring my expertise to more brands.
Q How do you stand out in your field?
I'm known for holding a reader's attention — my favorite metric is "Time on Page."
Q What are you working on right now?
Building my ilovecreatives profile 🙃
Q What’s your style?
I like to write in-depth articles with a unique twist on a topic. Here's an example.
Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?
Squarespace design. I'd love to take a few courses and dive into it more.
Q What is frustrating you right now?
Tbh? My dog is barking at me as I write this. She thinks I'm a snack vending machine.
Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?
Give my dog snacks + words of affirmation so I can keep working.
Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?
I would tell young Kasia that her entrepreneurial drive is a gift and she will love being a solopreneur more than she thinks.
Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
Cesar Milan. I'd love his thoughts on the codependency that exists between me and my dog.
Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
I'm hoping to help small businesses with any and all content creation.
Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.
I love working with fellow creatives. Helping them build their dream tickles my soul.
Q: What is your rate?
My content writing typically starts at $500 per article, however it depends how many articles you're looking to collaborate on. I'm also open to working with solopreneurs at a discounted rate!
Q How should someone approach you about working together?
Q Who is a creative you admire?
Taylor Elyse Morrison. She's the founder of Inner Workout
Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?
Fresh air, sunlight, walks, giggles, and a good night's rest. It's the little things.
