AD&Co. is a boutique creative studio for retail, beauty, CPG, fashion and wellness brands. Senior-led. Women-owned. We help brands become her next obsession through strategy, design and content that actually moves the needle.

We're hiring a Fractional Managing Director to run business development and help manage client relationships.

You've got 5+ years selling creative, brand or marketing services, and you've done it at an indie shop or boutique studio, not a big network agency. Big-agency process doesn't work here. We need someone scrappy, sharp and genuinely good with people.

The job: Build the pipeline, write and run the proposals, close the deals, and stay close to clients once the work starts.
