You have the intellectual curiosity to independently learn about the treatments you will be creating content about, as well as learning from the team. You love presenting new ideas for evolving the brand, staying current on social and beauty trends, and highlighting what we are passionate about. You are able to receive and incorporate feedback, and adapt plans in a steady pattern of growth.

ABOUT THIS POSITION

Primary Duties:

  • Create new and unique social media content

  • Create content showcasing before and after results, testimonials, monthly specials, etc

  • Create and edit videos for social media (including surgery in the OR, injections, lasers, and nonsurgical treatments in the office)

  • Maintain and update web platforms including TouchMD, Yelp

  • Upload before and after photos to website, Yelp, TouchMD

  • Update monthly newsletter audience lists on Mailchimp

  • Create and manage monthly email newsletter

  • Create overall plan for posts (feature certain treatments and related products one month, for example) keeping 1-3 months ahead

  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, identify on-brand influencers

  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns

  • Create reports analyzing success of marketing efforts

  • Update waiting room video reel on ongoing basis with new videos and include all new treatments that are added

  • Update website with fresh before and afters

  • Create virtual tour of office

  • Create shopify site

Requirements:

  • Efficient, organized, focused, punctual.

  • Utmost attention to patient confidentiality and privacy.

  • Skilled in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Rush, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Planoly, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Excel, Word.

  • Additional video editing and/or graphic design skills are highly valued

  • Detail oriented and precise, with an understanding of size, proportion, angles, lighting, and positioning is critical

  • Understanding of the brand and staying “on brand” in all aspects

  • Creativity and independent thought for content creation

Applicants with proven record of success with marketing, social media for business, and prior experience are strongly preferred. This position can be tailored to be either full time or part time.
