CASE is looking for a super-talented, experienced social strategist to drive the development of social media strategies, content and campaigns for a range of clients, primarily in beauty and lifestyle categories.


As a Social Strategist at CASE, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the entire CASE team to build strong creative partnerships with our clients.

  • Gain a deep understanding of each client’s brand, project objectives, and user needs to create elevated and effective social media and digital marketing strategies, content and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion.

  • Conduct and commission consumer, brand, category and trend research, including consumer journeys, brand audits and competitive landscape analyses.

  • Extract and articulate meaningful key insights to inform strategies and campaign concept development.

  • Create robust evergreen strategies and playbooks, outlining social goals and objectives, consumer profiles, content and platform strategies, KPIs and community engagement guidelines.

  • Collaborate on the development of social-first campaign strategies and concepts for brand and product launches; measure and analyze performance and recommend optimization tactics where needed.

  • Oversee the creation of social-first content and assets.

  • Partner with the account and creative leads to facilitate strategy sessions, workshops and creative brainstorms.

  • Stay on top of relevant social / digital trends and platforms to share with the team and with clients.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 - 5 years experience in social media strategy for beauty or fashion brands

  • Dynamic, positive, and solution-oriented with a talent for building relationships with clients and external partners, managing project teams and mentoring junior team members

  • Obsessed with social media and digital marketing, and passionate about the beauty and fashion industries, with a desire to always know what’s new and next

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing best-practices, including paid, earned, and owned, across all social platforms—from Facebook to TikTok and beyond

  • Experience with research and insights, strategy, positioning, channel / comms planning, execution and analytics

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in InDesign, Keynote, and spreadsheets

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to work hard and have fun

  • U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
