Charlotte Stone is looking for a Graphic Designer to help visually articulate our brand’s story and bring our shoes to life. You will be responsible for illustrating our storytelling and creating beautiful, engaging, and on-brand content for our website, email marketing, and socials that exude Charlotte Stone’s values.

The Charlotte Stone team is mighty and fast-growing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Chief Brand & Content Officer and the Marketing & E-Comm Coordinator to visually articulate our brand’s story and bring our shoes to life. You will be responsible for illustrating our storytelling and creating beautiful, engaging, and on-brand content for our website, email marketing, and socials that exude Charlotte Stone’s values. This position will be full-time and based out of our Los Angeles headquarters.


What You'd Do:

  • Execute and conceptualize stunning creative assets to be used across our website, email marketing, and social media.

  • Working with the Marketing and E-Comm teams, visually translate launch concepts into gorgeous, iconic assets that uphold the Charlotte Stone aesthetic and speak in the Charlotte Stone voice by the required deadlines.

  • Know the Charlotte Stone brand, voice, vision, and style like the back of your hand. Understand what makes our content Charlotte Stone content and be able to recreate it with ease and even build upon it.

  • Work with the E-Comm team to maintain and regularly update the website front-end. Source, create, edit, and regularly refresh content to ensure a first-class, on-brand, and up-to-date user-experience.

  • Work with the Marketing team to create stunning and exciting content to use in our emails, digital ads, and Instagram (original imagery, graphics, gifs, illustrations, etc) that adhere to and elevate the Charlotte Stone visual identity.

  • Design and build emails in Klaviyo and web content in Shopify builder.

  • Organize and coordinate all creative assets—from UGC, in-house web imagery, lifestyle content, etc.

  • Edit and retouch site product and lifestyle imagery.

  • Create and update linesheets on a monthly basis.

  • Keep a pulse on graphic design best practices, social media, fashion, and cultural trends, as well as the activities of our peers to identify opportunities, help source partnerships, and make sure content is original, exciting, and true to the Charlotte Stone brand.

We're Obsessed With You Because:

  • You have 3 - 4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital creative.

  • You are a pro at Adobe Creative Suite, but specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

  • You know how to retouch photos.

  • You have experience in email marketing platforms and/or social media and can pick up new systems with ease. Bonus points if you have worked with Klaviyo.

  • You are organized and meticulous. It never hurts to triple and then quadruple check your work.

  • You have an exceptional visual sense and thrive on coming up with breathtaking creative assets. You are never afraid to think outside the box and can make a lot from a little.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love a good plan, but also know how to roll with the punches and think quickly on your feet if you need to.

  • You can identify problems and implement solutions before anyone knows there was a problem to begin with.
