We’re looking for an experienced marketer and leader to help bring the brand to life.

You are:

Autonomous- able to generate original ideas and execute on them without oversight or management. A change agent. Not apprehensive about taking risks and trying new things. Comfortable making mistakes and being in the driver seat.

Type A- Ruthlessly organized and process/goal-oriented. Desire to own and be responsible for the entire vertical of brand marketing. Seeks to add value and grow the brand with minimal direction. You know the devil is in the details

Creative- You can quickly discern between something that meets brand guidelines and aesthetic and something that doesn’t.

A Clear Communicator- Your emails are concise without run-on sentences. You are able to measure twice and cut once when it comes to communicating your marketing needs, whether that’s a creative brief, design assets, or additional help from fellow team members.

Inquisitive- When something does/doesn’t work, you want to know why and love the pursuit of knowledge and key learnings.

Accountable- You show up on time, and you’re prepared. Always.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and owning the brand’s content marketing campaigns across all channels

  • Creating and executing a quarterly content marketing calendar across all digital channels.

  • Ensuring campaigns are on-brand, optimized for various parts of the funnel, and engaging.

  • Managing all Social Channels

Managing Content Marketing Campaigns with our Email Marketing Agency

  • Ensuring copy/visuals/ and content is aligned with our brand guidelines, voice, and marketing campaigns.

  • Leading weekly strategy and planning calls with our account manager and designer, and ensuring our email campaigns are in lockstep with our internal content calendar and production timelines.

  • Providing visual and design direction for the email team.

Managing all Social Channels

  • You’ll be our North Star for all social channels; defining the creative voice with punchy and fun copy, defining and sometimes creating assets, strategy, and engagement for Comrad's entire social footprint

  • Building reports to create visibility on what is working/what isn’t and sharing clear and concise results from influencer marketing with our team.

Managing our Influencer Marketing strategy

  • We have a vibrant community but haven’t created any real structure around influencer or ambassador marketing. You’ll be defining the strategy and working with key stakeholders to bring a compelling influencer/ambassador program to life.

  • Engaging and creating compelling relationships with our highest value community members and create a flywheel of UGC with select influencers.

  • Building reports to create visibility on what is working/what isn’t and sharing clear and concise results from influencer marketing with our team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of content, social, and brand marketing experience for D2C brands

  • Shopify or eCommerce experience is required

  • Full time, in-office position (not hiring remote)

  • Startup experience (10 employees or less) is a plus

  • Competencies: Google Analytics, Shopify, Canva or Photoshop, Google Sheets/Excel, Keynote
