Fun, fast-growing online course creation company is looking for a smart & resourceful junior project manager to help create and grow its online assets. Our content and course clients include Tony Robbins, Amy Porterfield, Ryan Levesque, JJ Virgin, American Council on Exercise and Bo Eason (to name a few of the incredible experts and entrepreneurs we work with!).
This critical team member would help in liaising with clients, working with contractors, creating project plans and more. This role is front facing so has aspects of customer service, project management, and administrative duties.
Pay will be project by project to start. Then as the role grows can move to hourly with a set range of hours each month.
About You: You are eager to learn about our business, and know how the online marketing world works. You are resourceful, and bring your own ideas to the table.
Communication is big with our company—letting us know your challenges, where you need more support, how projects are coming along, etc.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for setting up and tracking major online course creation projects.
Work with vendors to get them assets and answers.
Helps with customer service requests.
Oversee creation, production, and execution of content strategy and campaign development.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, to effectively express information Knowledge of current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
Knowledge of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Knowledge of Kajabi is a plus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of online campaign strategies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage projects and drive completion—gets things done, meets deadlines & keeps promises
What we’re looking for:
Experience with project management software like Asana and Slack
Keen understanding of all technical aspects of key marketing systems
Outstanding/strong skill sets in writing/editing/research.
Online savvy: Understanding of and ideally experience in a variety of online channels: email marketing, social media, building/managing websites, membership sites, etc.
Extremely flexible High level of maturity
Coachable/no ego – happy doing high level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks
Team player
Ability to secure, manage & appropriate resources to get things done
Outstanding communication skills / Ability to create strong relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, key people from other organizations
Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to anticipate
Strong ability to solve problems (creative problem solving)
Spontaneity; we need someone that can think and act on the spot
Schedule: Part-Time; 15 hours a month to start Compensation: $25/hr
