We’re building a premium work boot brand that proudly serves the trade community — roofers, landscapers, painters, and factory workers. Our boots are designed for long, wet shifts, with no break-in period and dependable durability.


Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through TikToks, Reels, and social storytelling. From videoing boots in action to engaging with our community in real time, this role helps shape how customers experience us online. If you love creating content and keeping a pulse on what’s trending, this role is for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media accounts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

  • Develop, curate, and schedule daily content aligned with campaigns, product releases, and seasonal initiatives.

  • Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

  • Monitor activity and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

  • Support content creator outreach and affiliate campaigns to expand brand reach.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics and provide recommended optimizations based on results.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit content showcasing boots in action, customer stories, warehouse life, and more.

  • Use CapCut, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) to produce high-quality videos and graphics.

  • Write captions that reflect the brand voice and ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Comfortable being on camera for product demos, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-style storytelling.


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation or brand storytelling

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends

  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and clean, engaging content

  • Comfortable working on-site in our warehouse and surrounding areas for filming

  • Experience with lifestyle or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is a plus

  • Portfolio or links to relevant TikTok/IG work required
