We are looking for a Content Coordinator who can help us market Girlboss Radio and continue to grow our online community through various social media platforms, website, and email marketing. You will be responsible for all content planning, producing, editing, copywriting, and posting on social media platforms, website and email. You will be required to collect and review social media data to develop effective content. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating and negotiating brand partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have video editing experience, an excellent eye for photos, have copywriting experience and be open to feedback. The position requires the ability to produce and execute various projects at once.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing weekly podcast episodes
Pitching podcast episode titles with SEO
Create social media concepts (Instagram feed, Reels, Stories, TikTok)
Produce social media concepts with multiple teams
Report progress with all relevant KPIs to team
Write podcast descriptions
Upload podcast posts to website
Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, and typography are flawless.
Continually seek opportunities to create engaging content and improve workflows.
Working with creative team on special projects as needed

Requirements
1-3 years experience in social
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, creative workplace and to deliver quality content at a high volume in a tight timeframe.
Ability to create unique content while also pushing forward brand guidelines
Proficiency in Design Tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Canva
Bonus if you know Descript, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Experience or interest in photography is a plus
