Haus Haus Design is a specialized creative studio working at the intersection of brand identity, culture, and product development. We partner with founders and teams in fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and other design-forward industries to build brands that feel sharp, thoughtful, and culturally relevant.

Haus Haus is entering its next stage of growth, transitioning from a traditional service-based agency into a productized creative company.

We’re also in the final stages of receiving our B-Corp certification, which reflects how we want to operate as a business: responsibly, transparently, and with a real commitment to ecological and social impact. We’re excited to work with more mission-aligned brands, and we’re looking for someone who understands that world (at least a little) and is motivated to help grow it.

To support this evolution, we’re hiring a Fractional Director of Business Development to take ownership of new business and build a repeatable growth engine through partnerships, relationship-led outreach, pipeline discipline, and high-quality closing.

This role starts fractional and is designed to grow into a full-time leadership position as revenue becomes predictable.


About the Role

This is not a transactional sales role.

Haus Haus is looking for someone who understands that in the creative industry, growth is driven by trust, reputation, timing, and consistent presence; not aggressive tactics or high-pressure follow-ups.

The Fractional Director of Business Development will own the full new business system across:

  • Strategic partnerships

  • Proactive outreach

  • Relationship nurture

  • Pipeline management and forecasting

  • Proposals, pricing, and closing

  • Refining and selling productized offers

This role works closely with the agency owner, plugs into an existing lead generation model (supported by a VA), and helps build a predictable growth engine that reduces founder involvement over time.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles

  • Experience in creative, branding, design, marketing, fashion, or agency environments

  • Strong relationship-building instincts

  • Comfortable selling structured packages or productized services

  • Ability to run a disciplined pipeline end-to-end

  • Excellent written and verbal communication


Bonus

  • Experience building partner ecosystems

  • Experience working inside founder-led businesses

  • Familiarity with the ecological/social impact world (B-Corp, sustainability, ethical business, mission-driven brands, etc.)

  • Interest in helping build a creative company for long-term scale and acquisition
