MVPR is looking for an independent contractor specializing in social media marketing to support the company’s new Studio division supporting client brands in the fashion and lifestyle space. We're looking for a part-time role to manage and execute strategy and content for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Craft social media strategy to align with brand and business goals

  • Design and implement social content calendar

  • Create original content for brands

  • Manage and update social media content across key platforms

  • Community management (engage with customers and followers)

  • Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns

  • Develop social media campaigns, monitor and analyze data from campaigns

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Update on social media trends

  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have the follow skillset and experience:

  • 2-3+ years in the field of social media marketing and content creation preferred

  • Must have experience managing account in the fashion and lifestyle space

  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest platforms

  • Must be content creator, able to create original content (ie: short-form video)

  • Knows how to craft engaging content and understand performance and best practices across platfroms

  • Video and photo editing skills

  • Has a grasp on graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, etc)

  • Know how to use social media marketing reporting tools (ie: Hootsuite, others, etc)

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and communications skills

*Bonus: Comfortable using multiple software tools like Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom, Filmora, etc.


AVAILABILITY:

Must be able to work 25-30 hours per week.


COMPENSATION:

TBD—depending on level of experience. (~5K/month)
