Hourly Rate: DOE
Weekly Hours: 10-20 hours/week

NORA the agency is looking for a unicorn (in human form) to fill the role of Project Manager. We’re looking for a Project Manager who is tool proficient, more organized than us (and we’re pretty organized), has problem-solving communication and understands the digital marketing landscape to keep projects on track & on budget.

You’re also somewhat of a sourcing and scheduling sleuth – but with a little creative edge. You’ll use those skills to produce photoshoots, video content, and potentially an event/activation (post-covid, of course).

More importantly, you only want to be a project manager. This role is not intended to be a catalyst to move into a different creative agency positions. You are a project manager. This is your blood, your DNA… and we would love to work with you! Our entire team are project managers by nature, but we’ve grown to the point where we need someone to take it to the next level.

Tools Proficient

We embrace tools more than the average joe. Anyone can learn anything, but we need you to hit the ground running in a week or so.

This means you’re incredibly tech-savvy and love learning how to use new tools. Proficiency in the following digital tools are required:

    • Slack

    • Notion

    • Streak (bonus)

    • Quickbooks (bonus)

    • Harvest (bonus)

    • Gusto (bonus)

Organization starts with the Details

You will manage the deliverables and scheduling of all of the Creative projects to ensure we follow an efficient and productive process to put out the best possible work. Meticulously tracking tasks, budgets, and timelines. You may need to crack the whip when necessary.

You’re great at this job if you’re the one who organizes everything on a vacation and is HAPPY to do it. Happy meaning you’re not a**hole.

Indicators of an organized person:

  • Inbox Zero

  • Puts actual dates on goals and tasks

  • Uses Google Calendar for everything

  • Reads time management books for fun

  • Has a great sock drawer (jk… kind of)

Problem-Solving Communication

You’re going to be in a ton of meetings and e-mailing a lot.

Indicators of problem-solving communication:

  • You always check your emails for typos before they go out and or at least know how to use undo.

  • If someone is pushing back, you can turn it around to figure out what they can do.

  • You’re very sensitive to other people’s time.

Motivator

You are a great motivator of people and enjoy bringing together all minds to get things done.

This means you’re fun and will figure out how to positively motivate people! We work hard, but we don’t like negative energy. We’re not here to get burned out.

Networker (bonus)

The right person already has a network of skilled people to call on and wants to keep expanding that list. We are constantly looking to work with talented photographers, writers, talent, and artists.

Marketing Jack-of-All-Trades

You aren’t coming up with the strategies (although we are always open), but you should understand them! We are a digital marketing agency that creates marketing assets like emails, digital ads, brand decks, and branding projects. If all of those go over your head, you’re going to have a tough time.

We just want you to get it. To project manage well, you have to break down the component of… yes an email campaign. We want you to poke holes and make sure we’re not missing anything.
