NOTO botanics, a natural, gender fluid, queer-founded full-body cosmetic line is hiring a full-time high-level junior social media manager.
We are looking for a career-focused social media mastermind who is excited about growing, curating, and managing all things social, working directly and closely with the NOTO founder, Gloria Noto on a flexible day 1-3 days a week in person with WFH options during the rest of the week.
You must have a deep understanding of instagram, tiktok, analytics, trend, design, and engagement tactics both on and off line.
You must have experience with programs specific to social media ( photoshop, canva, later, refersion, or the like ) graphic design, copywriting, layout, beauty and cosmetics, as well as be tapped into what represents the NOTO community.
A minimum of 3 years experience is needed, ideally working with ecommerce beauty brands or adjacent types of brands.
Must understand and connect to our a minimal graphic aesthetic. As layout of social media will be a part of the role, you must understand what the NOTO aesthetic is and how to build upon it, staying true to the vibe.
Must be able to make, edit, and curate and manage content that is aligned with the NOTO brand. Including but not limited to photography and video.
Must have a detailed, organized, and creative mindset and can conceptualize outside of the box social experiences and ideas.
Have an understanding of ambassador programs
