NOTO is seeking a full-time, organized, and passionate Social Media Manager for our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced and ambitious self-starter who loves working with a small team and is deeply motivated by results.

Job Responsibilities:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day needs for the social channels, ideating and executing initiatives to grow each channel, and identifying opportunities to increase engagement. We are looking for someone with experience in and excitement around social media and building our community through unique brand content, engagement, partnerships and more. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Social Media:

  • Support strategy and execution for NOTO’s presence across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)

  • Drive experimentation and new content opportunities on social channels

  • Develop and implement opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement and loyalty based on data, audience feedback and industry trends

  • Create and manage the development of the brand’s social editorial calendar, translating high-level marketing strategy and messaging into relevant weekly and daily content

  • Outline content needs each month and curate / source content for all channels

  • Engage with users and followers on social accounts – respond to incoming comments, DMs, etc and engage with other accounts

  • Track and aggregate community UGC across social platforms. Proactively surface this content to the Head of Marketing to be used in multi-purpose streams and repost on owned channels.

  • Support and / or produce supplementary social content, as needed

  • Occasionally create content with self, Gloria, and / or others based off of our weekly / monthly meetings and needs

  • Lead ambassador program including, day-to-day management, campaign initiatives, growth efforts and more

  • Write copy and curate content with the ability to communicate the tone and personality of our brand.


General:

  • Work with Head of Marketing on weekly and monthly reporting for all channels

  • Attend weekly meetings with Head of Marketing to collaborate and align on responsibilities

  • Attend weekly meetings with the team to review content, and social calendar, etc.

  • Available for team meetings such as, monthly marketing meeting, specific events etc. to ensure alignment on monthly goals

  • In-office 2-3x / week at NOTO Flagship location with Gloria + marketing team


Benefits:

  • Salary $55k-$65k based on experience

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance per the company plan (eligible upon date of hire)

  • 401k plan eligibility on the first of the month following six months of active employment

  • 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and sick time

  • $250 quarterly allowance for the purchase of NOTO products
