PixelPass is looking for a talented contract/freelance senior-level digital designer to lead graphic and web design projects (no coding!), with exciting consumer brands and technology startups.


**About PixelPass:**

PixelPass is a design studio that helps consumer brands easily level up their creative output, with a flexible design subscription service.

We specialize in designing a wide spectrum of creative, from websites and landing pages, to social media ads and packaging - for consumer brands in any niche. We approach every project with a hybrid mindset of wanting to win awards with our work, while understanding the goals of our clients and designing for those goals. Our clients love working with us because the experience is largely hands-off once we understand their brand. We’ve found this approach to be great for our designers as well, since they aren’t involved in the minutiae of Zoom meetings that could’ve just been a Figma comment or Loom video.


**The Role:**

PixelPass is looking for a talented contract/freelance senior-level digital designer to lead graphic and web design projects, with exciting consumer brands and technology startups.

Working closely with the two founders, you will lead a variety of projects; from designing website pages, to social media ads, presentations, and much more.


**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, for projects varying in deliverables and scope

  • Consistently produce eye-catching designs that fulfill the project’s brief

  • Work closely with the founders to manage projects, workload and operations

  • Make revisions to design based on feedback from the founders and clients


**Your Experience:**

  • You have 5+ years of experience and a rich portfolio of web and graphic design work

  • You have experience designing for consumer brands (drinks, food, beauty, fashion, etc)

  • You have a great understanding of layout, typography, color use, and web/print standards

  • You are proud of your design work and have excellent attention to detail

  • You are an expert / power user of Figma, and have experience designing a variety of creative projects in Figma

  • You are self-reliant, organized and work well in a fast-paced environment
