Pound is seeking a part-time rockstar to support our CEO + Founder in a wide variety of daily tasks! This position will move into full-time quickly for the right fit, so we'd love to find someone who is open to a full-time career with us at some point. Our ideal candidate will take charge of the office (keeping everything neat and organized), support the marketing team (with everything from event logistics to shipping and receiving to running errands on photoshoot days and organizing inventory of merchandise at HQ), and most importantly, this person will be our CEO's right hand. You'll handle her schedule, support with prioritizing deadlines, help her stay organized, make sure she has everything she needs when she is getting ready to travel, and act as a team player to make life easier for everyone at HQ!

The ideal candidate is eager to gain experience in a creative environment, and can see themselves growing as part of the team. We are looking for someone with an interest in fitness and fashion, who loves working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, who is an excellent writer and communicator (can possibly draft social posts/blogs/emails eventually etc.), and knows how to multitask. This person has a ‘can do’ attitude and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. This role will mainly function as executive assistant, but tasks will vary widely across marketing, merchandising and daily operations.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience

  • Excellent attention to detail/extremely organized (You see a mess and cannot WAIT to organize it!)

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Important to have basic knowledge of social media best practices, email marketing, and administrative operations.

This is a part-time position starting at 2-3 days per week and growing into 5 days per week relatively quickly.
