Stept Studios is looking for an Art Director/Designer. This is a key role within the creative team. You’ll be working directly with our creative director and team of writers and designers to concept and execute campaigns, content, and more.

Commitment

  • Contract and Full-time considered Responsibilities

  • Concept and pitch campaigns and content across video, photo, and design

  • Develop visual direction for these elements alongside creative director and designers.

  • Design print, social, and OOH layouts

  • Work with our post team to art direct and design video layouts, GFX, and 3D elements.

  • Advise on production art direction including set design, casting, locations, etc.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience delivering design and art-direction projects in the cultural sector.

  • Experience concepting, designing and developing projects across video, print and digital media.

  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects).

  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

  • SketchUp (beneficial).

  • Type design/Programming/Model making (beneficial).

Experience

  • 2-3 years minimum
