Collab Outreach Templates

Here is a template example of how you can outreach potential collaborators via DM and email. Make sure to personalize your message so you don’t sound like a spammy bot! 🤖

  • "Hey [their name], we love your [add something you love about their work, or a specific post] and would love to work together on something! Could you let us know the best email to reach you? xx"

  • "Hi [their name], thanks for getting back to us! [Your name] here, and I [introduce yourself]. We loved [insert example of their work] and were interested in collaborating with you on a [insert concept].

    Final deliverables would be [list deliverables], and usage is [list usage here]. My budget for this is $[XX]. OR We’re a lean team so we don’t currently have budget for this, but would love offer [what you’re willing to offer] in exchange!"
