I am a wholesale sales representative for a furniture supplier, and I work with retailers who sell my brand of furniture in multiple countries. In order to keep these furniture retailers in business and to keep the orders flowing, their marketing must be consistent, effective, and successful. As a result, I have been educating myself with marketing strategies over the past 10 years so that I can educate my business associates with best practices. The completion of this course was an investment in both myself and the businesses I work with internationally!
Without a doubt, the discussion on brand pillars definitely made me rethink me and my retail partners’ top-of-funnel strategies. I have been neglecting to emphasize the importance of brand pillars and their effectiveness in consistent brand marketing.
I think my favorite thing is Ceilidh's personally filtering out platforms that have not been successful for her and focusing on her most effective tools. I know its important to be where the customer is at, and I know its important to keep trying new things, but keeping the focus on the marketing platforms that work best and how to use them, and most importantly how Ceilidh uses them, was a great experience for me.
There are multiple good things, but one great thing are the resources provided. I intend to utilize a significant portion of these resources, including Google Sheets, Looker Studio templates, and slide decks, for years to come. In fact, I’ve already organized a Looker Studio presentation to review website traffic with a retail partner of mine, and they were thoroughly impressed with the data and takeaways.
