I just got promoted as a social media manager, but I have no experience or education whatsoever! :D

The only knowledge I have is from using Instagram and Tiktok daily and being chronically online, so I wanted to take the Social Media Manager Course to gain more confidence in my position (imposter syndrome was my biggest enemy)

I think I learned about myself mostly during section 2; planning and visualizing how I wanted certain content to look/feel like and planning out content shoots was so much fun! I think it also made me realize I was meant to be in a leading-type of position (I guess I like bossing people around lol)

My favorite thing about the course was Joellen sharing her experience! It was so nice to know that she got where she is right now from a funny tweet, especially since I got my position kind of the same way- It made taking this course mean so much more to me since I was able to relate to her.

I love everything I learned!! This course has given me the confidence I needed to feel like I belong in my position, I no longer feel anxious/unworthy and creating content for my job not only became easier but also became fun again!
