Q What do you do?

I run a CGI and motion design studio specializing in high-end, visually striking ads. From full 3D worlds to seamless motion graphics, I craft immersive visuals that elevate brands. Blending CGI, photography, video editing, and animation, I create bold, attention-grabbing content.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

My creative path started with skateboarding. At 18, I launched my own skate company, designing boards and apparel, which fueled my love for visual storytelling. That led me to study commercial photography, where I worked as both an assistant and a photographer. Wanting to push my work further, I studied 3D animation and design, eventually incorporating my own company. Now, I lead a team of talented artists, creating bold, striking visuals at scale.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

I don’t just come up with ideas—I dream them into existence. My work isn’t limited by what's possible; it’s driven by what can be imagined.

Q What are you working on right now?

Right now, I’m focused on developing fresh creative concepts that push boundaries and offer new perspectives for my clients. I’m exploring innovative ways to tell stories and create visuals that stand out in an ever-evolving landscape.

Q What’s your style?

Sharp, energetic, and built to move—I love creating visuals that snap into place, build momentum, and pull you in. Whether it’s fast-paced and dynamic or smooth and hypnotic, it’s all about keeping the energy alive. A great example is my work on Cozey’s Ciello modular sofa launch.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I’d love to spend more time on creative exploration—stepping outside the usual project scope to experiment with new ideas. For example, I’ll listen to music, close my eyes, and imagine how to bring the sound to life visually—creating a story behind the rhythm, sketching out concepts, and storyboarding them in a clear, concise way. It keeps my brain fresh, fuels my creativity, and ultimately shapes the work I do for my clients.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

The rise of AI in creative work is both exciting and frustrating. It opens up new possibilities but also raises ethical and moral questions. The real challenge isn’t whether to use it, but how to use it responsibly.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

Keeping my inbox under control, organizing files, and handling the little things that pull me away from creating and managing. Basically, clearing the chaos so I can stay in the zone.

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

I’d tell my 15-year-old self to trust the process. We made it, kid. Just keep pushing and working hard. And buy bitcoin!

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I’d love to talk to an expert in Augmented Reality to explore how I can integrate it into my work. As technology evolves, AR is set to play a huge role in the future of advertising, and staying ahead of the curve is key.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I’m focused on two lanes: high-end campaign work and short-form social media content. With a 3D pipeline, once your product is 3D-ready, we can easily create a wide range of content to hit your advertising goals.

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

My ideal client values bold, creative storytelling and isn’t afraid to push boundaries. Whether it’s a high-end campaign or dynamic social content, I love working with brands that trust the process and want to create something striking and memorable together.

Q: What is your rate?

My pricing depends on the scope of the project. Short-form reels typically start at $2,500 USD. For campaign-style projects, we begin with a $5,000 USD kick-off for ideation, and the total cost depends on the complexity and number of deliverables. If we’re creating multiple 3D reels for the same product, for example, costs can be optimized since the asset is already built. Every project is unique, so pricing is tailored to fit the needs and scale of the work.

Q How should someone approach you about working together?

Send me an email to info@custoblanch.com or a DM to @custoblanch, I don’t bite!

Q Who is a creative you admire?

@chogiseok. His ideas and execution are unmatched—pure creativity at its finest.

Also, @domsebastian—his work across different mediums always carries his unique style. No matter how it evolves, you can always see his personality shine through.

Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?

I go on long walks—like really long, 15km walks.
