Q What do you do?

I create lifetime customers for brands through thoughtful and genuine customer interaction, write engaging copy (without AI), and organize operational chaos.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

I learned to love mistakes instead of letting them hold me back.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

My brain considers operations, cx, sales, and marketing. I think on behalf of all stakeholders, can step in wherever needed, and deliver a pro-level job.

Q What are you working on right now?

Freelancing in beauty marketing, making customers happy at a luxury skincare brand, and helping retailers grow through sales outreach at an accelerator.

Q What’s your style?

Be human. I’m inspired by no-nonsense vulnerability, natural elements, kindness, humor, and bold design.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I've always felt creative, but I may not be the most skilled artist. Contributing to creative teams allows me to feel connected to a community, and I’d love to continue collaborating with talented individuals.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

The constant noise and demands of daily life. I dream of just shutting my phone off for an entire day.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

Please just hang out with my dog and tell him he's a good boy on an hourly basis.

 

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

If you give it a shot, you'll get the hang of it eventually. Learning means using your left hand.

 

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I'd love to hang out with centenarians in blue zones and just take notes.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I want to flex more creative muscles while helping brands build strong customer teams and refined workflows. Looking for strategic CX/Operations/Marketing opportunities.

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

Working with leaders who give me the autonomy to create my projects and take the lead while being transparent enough to let me know when an idea flops. I put my all into my tasks and love when someone can match my energy.

Q: What is your rate?

Depending on the lift and weekly hours, my rate for CX/operations is between $35 and $50 per hour, while my marketing rate ranges from $40 to $80 per hour - super flex, so let’s discuss if you’re into it. Open to freelance, contract, and full-time opportunities!

Boy Nirvana — They create incredible art that I adore and run a blog filled with concepts that stick with me for at least a month afterward.
