Sarah Gregg
Q What do you do?
“I am a graphic designer and illustrator specializing in the development and execution of brand identities and brand collateral.”
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
My career in graphic design followed the creation of my own business when I fell in love with creating a visual brand identity. While running this business I did all of the design and creative direction. I enjoyed it so much I decided to pursue graphic design full-time.
Q How do you stand out in your field?
I think my eye and taste allows me to bring a unique perspective to any project.
Q What are you working on right now?
I am currently working on a really exciting new wellness supplement brand identity.
Q What’s your style?
My style is ever-evolving; however, I always aim to make design decisions out of strategy and cohesion.
Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?
I love incorporating my photography skills and hope to continue to bring those more heavily into future projects and continue to grow in that area.
Q What is frustrating you right now?
Taxes, always.
Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?
Walk my dog (or do my taxes).
Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?
At the start of my design career I wish I would have told myself that the confidence in my design work will come with time just be patient.
Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
I’m fascinated by interior design and pull inspiration from the spaces I interact with often so I would love to learn more about interiors/the psychology of places and spaces.
Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
Branding and all brand collateral (socials, emails, advertising)!
Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.
I enjoy collaborating with clients and creatives who genuinely love good design and the process of getting there. Some of my favorite jobs have been when the client is uncertain about what they want their brand to look like and we have been able to explore and evolve the vision together.
Q: What is your rate?
My rates for brand identity development typically begin at $5,000. Feel free to reach out to me regarding pricing and any questions you have!
Q How should someone approach you about working together?
Send me an email! sarahgregghello@gmail.com
Q Who is a creative you admire?
So many: Rebekah Roden at Never Better, Perkey Bros, Odd Hours, Maxine McCann, Tastebudscreative, Placeholder.
Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?
Lots of walking, looking at flowers, and meeting new people.
