Q What do you do?
“I help service-based businesses make more $$$ with lead generation and digital ads that work. My focus? Creating strategies that actually get results—no fluff, just data-driven decisions.”
If you own a business that sells a service or an agency that wants to offer ads as a service to your clients, I'm your gal.
I work with both 1:1 clients and run ads for other agencies + their clients.
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
I cut my teeth in ads while working at a startup that specialized in Kickstarter launches. It was a crash course in strategy, creativity, and making things happen on a deadline. From there I started taking on ads clients on the side and by 2019, I’d turned a side hustle into a full-time agency. My agency now focuses on and specializes in running ads for high ticket services like ads for other marketing agencies, law firms, solar energy, dealerships, and more.
Q How do you stand out in your field?
By keeping it simple: no jargon, no fluff, just ads that deliver. My approach is equal parts creative and analytical, making sure every decision is grounded in what drives sales, not just vanity metrics like reach and clicks.
Q What are you working on right now?
Currently in the middle of scaling a Google Ads account that generates $150K+ in monthly revenue. The challenge—and the fun—is figuring out how to double that while staying efficient and creative. Note: These metrics aren't common for everyone, this is for a client with a killer sales team, their close rate is over 40%.
Q What’s your style?
Think data-driven with a creative twist. Ads should connect with people and convert into sales. An attractive ad is great, but if the ROI isn’t there, it’s not doing its job. Might be a hot take but sometimes the “ugly” ads outperform the “pretty” ones. They catch your eye in ways you wouldn’t expect—psychology is funny like that.
Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?
I’ve gotten VERY into ceramics this past year+! I’m a marketing human M-F but absolutely love a diy project or learning a new creative hobby when not working.
Q What is frustrating you right now?
I could go on a serious rant about this. To start, the constant changes to ad platforms, algorithms, and compliance rules across all ad platforms. It’s all a part of the job but ad platforms seem to just be getting more complicated each year, especially Google ads.
Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?
Hobbies related but recycle my old/dried clay so that I can use it again – it’s a pretty time intensive project to do/learn myself, I usually just buy fresh clay.
Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?
In hindsight I would have told 2020 me to take on the agency clients who wanted someone to manage their ads, I didn’t at the time because I thought it wasn’t worth the time/ROI vs 1:1 clients, but now they’re some of my favorite clients to work with and we’ve been working together for years.
Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
Would love to dive more into ai this year, specific niches to help my biz + my clients. Ai isn’t very great for ad platforms at the moment (most media buyers have their “auto” settings turned off because they hinder performance) but I’d be curious to see what’s coming in the future marketing or non-marketing related.
Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
Looking to work with:
1. Service-based businesses that sell a high-ticket offer (my agency’s specialty)
2. Other marketing/creative agencies that want to offer ads as a service to their clients
Whether you or your clients are already running ads or want to run ads for the first time, let’s connect!
Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.
Ideal clients are motivated to sell their service/offer to people who need it. They are tracking their customer journey with a CRM or other method and know their sales close % rate and qualified rate. If you aren’t tracking your sales success rate and KPIs (yet!), how do you problem solve without the data to back it?
Q: What is your rate?
My agency charges a monthly retainer for ads management, rates for regular non-agency clients start at $1.5-2k per ads channel. This includes everything: creatives, copywriting, strategy and daily optimization.
For white label clients, aka other marketing or creative agencies, I offer a discounted rate depending on your goals + number of accounts. If you want to learn more or if this is a good fit to add to your offerings, send me an email at toni@studiomarketer.co!
