Atolea Jewelry is a leading premium women's waterproof jewelry brand seeking a world-class email art director to create an Email Guideline PDF and provide email art direction to our email designers. 💌

The objective is to create on-brand, high-end digital designs that are consistently refined and creative, captivate attention, and drive the click in the inbox.

Atolea Jewelry has DIY'd our email designs to date, which has helped us grow to over 400,000 customers!

However, our email designs could more effectively, strategically, and consistently represent the brand's identity, quality, and personality across automation and campaign emails, helping amplify owned-channel and company impact and growth. 🎨

Email Guideline PDF:

The world-class email art director we seek will create a comprehensive email guideline PDF outlining how to effectively and consistently transmit Atolea Jewelry's brand identity to email designs. This includes the usage of logos, color palettes, fonts/typography, copywriting, illustration/textures, photography, design elements, and more.

Email Art Direction:

The world-class email art director we seek will dedicate several days to a week per month to developing campaigns for the following month. Our email designers will design and lay out the designs in Figma. This allows the art director to review the overall campaigns for the month, identify any inconsistencies, and finesse as needed, either editing the Figma files directly or communicating the required design changes to the design team.

➡️ Day 1: Campaign calendar content planning and approval with the retention marketing team

➡️ Day 2 - 3 (10 days later): Review design drafts with email designers and provide constructive feedback as needed

➡️ Day 4: Final review and adjust designs as needed

This role requires proficiency with Figma and a specialty in email design (formats, mobile optimization, accessibility, dark mode, etc.). We enjoy elevated, refined, optimally creative, and captivating email designs.
