Kabbalah is a growing team dedicated to spreading spirituality and insights through practical wisdom. We are seeking a passionate and organized Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our social media presence. The part-time, remote role will be responsible for managing and growing the social media accounts of two spiritual thought leaders, Michael and Monica Berg, and their podcast Spiritually Hungry. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for spirituality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values. This includes posts, stories, reels, and videos for various social media platforms.

  • Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

  • Community Engagement: Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful manner.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and engagement.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify and implement new strategies to increase reach and engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the thought leaders and podcast team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy and goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

  • Video editing skills.

  • Graphic design skills( e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
