Kabbalah is a growing team dedicated to spreading spirituality and insights through practical wisdom. We are seeking a passionate and organized Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our social media presence. The part-time, remote role will be responsible for managing and growing the social media accounts of two spiritual thought leaders, Michael and Monica Berg, and their podcast Spiritually Hungry. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for spirituality.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values. This includes posts, stories, reels, and videos for various social media platforms.
Social Media Management: Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Community Engagement: Foster and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy and engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify and implement new strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the thought leaders and podcast team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy and goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Video editing skills.
Graphic design skills( e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and extract insights
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
