As Account Manager at FYR, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting and managing social media accounts for top beauty, lifestyle, and fashion brands. You’ll work closely with both our teams of creatives and clients to create top-performing content and creative strategy to not only meet, but exceed brand expectations & benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the social teams to create engaging and on-brand content for Instagram and TikTok.
Develop content strategies and plans for social media campaigns in alignment with the overall marketing objectives.
Generate creative ideas for content that resonate with the target audience and drive user engagement.
Produce high-quality visuals, including graphics, images, and videos, using light graphic design skills and video editing software.
Conduct research on current social media trends, hashtags, and viral content to ensure content relevancy and stay up to date with industry best practices.
Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, captions, maintaining consistent brand voice and tone.
Assist in managing social media accounts, monitoring comments, messages, and user interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
Client management, effectively communicating project updates, addressing queries, and managing client expectations.
Develop and maintain social media calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to publishing schedules.
Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience in women's health and wellness
Experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create captivating content.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different social media platforms.
Knowledge of current social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage social media calendars and timelines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in client management and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
