Silver Mirror, the leading, luxury facial bar, is seeking an accomplished Graphic Designer to lead our design productions while our Senior Graphic Designer is on maternity leave.

As our contract Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in preserving and evolving the Silver Mirror brand identity. Collaborating directly with the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to lead and shape our visual narrative during a period of rapid growth.

This is a salaried contract with a base salary of $5,000 per month with a $5,000 bonus at the completion of the contract.


Location Requirements:

  • You must be based in the United States and can work remotely

  • Location in Miami, New York City, or Washington D.C. is preferred

  • You will work remotely Monday - Friday: 9 am - 6 pm EST on Silver Mirror content (exact hours are negotiable)

  • If you are located in NYC, DC, or Miami, you will also receive monthly free facials and 50% off retail products.

Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Maintaining and executing brand image across all collateral & assets including print, web, digital, video & environmental [environmental is any decals and ad displays]

  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing, website and social media messages by working with various company departments, including Advertising, Product Development, and Brand Management

  • Management of UI/UX feedback (we have outside 3rd party UI/UX designers which you will be main point of contact)

  • Must be responsible for managing & coordinating with web development team for any website needs, fixes & improvements (WordPress)

  • Ability to coordinating with various vendors in multiple cities for print-related assets and decal installations for new store openings

  • Work in tandem with the Marketing team to develop assets for social media, email marketing, banners and ad campaigns

Professional Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years Experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus in branding, print production and layout/web design

  • 2+ Years Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Cosmetics, Etc.

  • 2+ Years Experience in E-commerce

  • Must be comfortable or have experience with the following programs/platforms:
    -Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
    -Klaviyo
    -Basecamp
    -Wordpress
    -Google Suite

  • Ideal but not required:
    -Shopify
    -BLVD
    -Experience in Copywriting, Content Creation and Typography

Personality Qualifications:

  • Must excel at project management, file organization, team coordination and responsive communication

  • Must be flexible and able to maintain tight deadlines to turnaround assets

  • Must have a strong attention to detail

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
