Jack Henry is looking for a Marketing Associate to execute the day-to-day marketing efforts and initiatives. With a focus on customer retention and organic new customer acquisition. The individual should be passionate about self-care, wellness, branding, culture, and people. This role will report directly to the CEO + Founder.

The Role

  • Lead marketing calendar strategy and buildout

  • Copywriting

  • Create concepts and copy for email, social and SMS marketing

  • Head up collabs + brand partnerships + giveaways

  • Influencer sourcing + content management

  • Manage performance PR initiatives

  • Build reports, analyze and present progress and goals for growth

  • Other miscellaneous tasks


You

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing

  • Have a pulse on the industry and what is trending

  • A steward for brand identity and voice

  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills

  • Stellar community and people skills

  • Creative + Analytical minded

  • Positive and always open to improving

  • Committed to education and deepening self-learning and understanding of Jack Henry, our brand, values, products, and the ethos behind what we do
