Lugano Diamonds & Jewelry, Inc is looking for an experienced copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you will digitally engage with our clients to promote our products and lifestyle on social networks. The key to success will be in applying a creative mindset as we share beautiful stories about our pieces and incorporate the voice of our brand and our core values.

You are diligent and work well under tight deadlines, with a determined attention to detail in your work. You will help maintain a strong online voice and brand consistency, in collaborative partnership with fellow key departments. You will be part of the foundation-building for our Creative team, and we are excited to meet you!

About This Role:

  • Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter

  • Embody the brand voice in website copy

  • Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviors

  • Complement our product imagery and videos with appropriate text and story-telling

  • Update our social media pages with compelling company news

  • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates)

  • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (such as Events team for the latest moments to capture or Inventory team for sunning new product releases)

  • Collaborate with Graphic Design on newsletter content development to boost brand awareness and engagement

  • Respond to questions and comments on social media pages with timeliness and accuracy

  • Be highly self-motivated and hardworking with an ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Assist in bringing to life strong conceptual designs, offer solutions as we innovate and grow
