Lumiellé, a fast-growing skincare brand dedicated to high-quality, results-driven, and clean beauty, is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about skincare.
Responsibilities
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries with warmth and attentiveness via email, social media, and other support channels to ensure a seamless experience.
Order & Logistics Coordination: Assist with order tracking, fulfillment, and issue resolution between customers and our warehouse partners.
Operational Assistance: Help manage inventory updates and support internal operational needs.
Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customer interactions to improve our products and services.
Brand Representation: Embody the LUMIELLÉ voice and values in all interactions, ensuring customers feel heard and appreciated.
Who You Are
Kind, thoughtful, and patient, with a genuine interest in helping people
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and warm tone
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A problem-solver who can think proactively to enhance the customer experience
Passionate about skincare and excited to learn more about the beauty industry
Based in Los Angeles (this role requires local applicants only)
