Lumiellé, a fast-growing skincare brand dedicated to high-quality, results-driven, and clean beauty, is looking for a Customer Experience & Operations Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about skincare.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries with warmth and attentiveness via email, social media, and other support channels to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Order & Logistics Coordination: Assist with order tracking, fulfillment, and issue resolution between customers and our warehouse partners.

  • Operational Assistance: Help manage inventory updates and support internal operational needs.

  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customer interactions to improve our products and services.

  • Brand Representation: Embody the LUMIELLÉ voice and values in all interactions, ensuring customers feel heard and appreciated.


Who You Are

  • Kind, thoughtful, and patient, with a genuine interest in helping people

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and warm tone

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • A problem-solver who can think proactively to enhance the customer experience

  • Passionate about skincare and excited to learn more about the beauty industry

  • Based in Los Angeles (this role requires local applicants only)
