Seeks a Designer

Remote, USA

Marie Forleo International seeks a passionate, multifaceted designer who’s committed to using your gifts to make the world a better place.

You love personal development, business growth, and marketing. You have an elevated taste level and understand that great design combines jaw-dropping visuals and an intuitive and innovative user experience, without forgetting the strategic business goals of converting browsers into buyers and existing customers into lifelong, raving fans.

As a part of our small company, you’ll wear a lot of hats, but you’ll also have the opportunity to grow and shape the company; the only limit is your imagination!

What You’ll be Doing In this Role:

  • Design the look and function for our websites, marketing materials, products and other visual assets

  • Create and contribute, both visually and strategically, to all marketing initiatives

  • Design web pages and marketing funnels in ClickFunnels

  • Design and optimize MarieForleo.com in Webflow

  • Create and work within brand guidelines to design layouts that consistently apply our standards through visual touchpoints

  • Collaborate with web developers to align visual designs with website functionality, and to establish a timeline for projects that impact them

  • Work with web development and content teams to assure quality and performance of developed web pages and marketing materials

  • Create work that is impactful, innovative, and conversion oriented

  • Other duties as assigned

This describes you SO well, it’s almost scary!

  • You’re a digitally focused graphic designer with a special place in your heart for what we do

  • You’re all about design as it relates to conversion and have specific experience in this area

  • You thrive on mapping out strategic initiatives to catapult the company, and also love to implement your ideas with the execution of typography, custom keynotes, PDFs, ads, layout, photo retouching, illustration, infographics, etc.

  • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and communicate honestly about your timelines, challenges, and questions

  • You’re comfortable overseeing project-based design contractors

  • You contribute ideas and execute the ideas of others quickly

  • You love the idea of working on everything from a PDF to a full website rebuild

  • You have the ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team - you’ll need to do both here

  • You’re extremely detail-oriented and love dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • You’re an effective, clear communicator in all formats

  • You’re a maximizer and have a knack for finding ways to optimize and improve everything you’re involved with

  • You’re practically always on time (or early) and strive to deliver ahead of deadlines

  • You care deeply about your work, colleagues, and the well-being of the company

  • You’re not (overly) attached to your ego — you’re focused on finding, developing, and executing on the best ideas to get the best results

  • You’re 10,000% comfortable working in a virtual environment

  • You do whatever it takes and the phrase “that’s not my job” is not a part of your vocabulary

  • You’re a born GO GETTER — always looking for ways to add value, do better work, improve efficiencies, build others up, and make the world a better place

Necessary Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in visual design

  • Fluent in Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with ClickFunnels, Webflow, After Effects and/or Illustrator is a bonus
