Summary:
Founded in 2015 by Gabrielle Roussos, Oui Productions is a full-service, holistic creative production agency. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator for full time support in Los Angeles. The Production Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Creative Ops & Production, and work in a collaborative environment across all company projects and objectives. As a representative of Oui Productions, they will interface with brands, agencies and creatives across a spectrum of emerging and established clients, gaining a diverse and well-rounded foundation of production experience in advertising, marketing, commercial and entertainment projects.
Essential duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
Supporting Lead Producers through the entirety of each project cycle including but not limited to pre-production, on set production and post-production coordination needs.
Attendance of and participation in company, project-related and client-facing meetings, scouts, shoots and special events.
Setup, organization and maintenance of project folders, documents, production templates and media assets in the company database.
Managing crew, EQ and vendor communication, holds and onboarding.
Casting calls, client presentations, callbacks and confirmation communication.
Location research, scouting, permitting and parking.
Managing production insurance, travel and transportation logistics, call sheets and distribution of production related information.
Company and project related purchases and errands.
On set support for Lead Producers, crew and clients; oversight of freelance Production Assistants.
Wrap support for Lead Producers including wrap communication, Wrapbook payroll processing and invoice and receipt collection, review and organization.
Social media management for Oui Productions.
Qualifications and skills shall include, but not be limited to:

2-3 years of experience working in creative production, both on set and in an office environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Relationship builder. Calm under pressure, with an approachable and professional demeanor.
Proactive and holistic creative problem-solver with an eagerness to learn.
Keen attention to detail, effective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, accountable and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to take direction and feedback to build upon skill set.
Adept in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud and Social Media. Experience with Box and Wrapbook is a plus.
Physical or additional requirements shall include, but not be limited to:
Ability to lift / move up to 25 lbs.
Valid driver’s license.
Los Angeles-based; hybrid work environment.
Project-related travel may be required.
Availability to work evenings/weekends when needed.
Salary:
$70,000 plus benefits.
