Seeks a Full-Time Project Manager
Remote, must work PT hours.
This role is for someone with stellar client communication, Marie Kondo-level project management skills, experience in championing deliverables, a pro-active communication style, and of course, an internal drive to help people.
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects for clients of ilovecreatives Studio (not ilovecreatives.com 😉).
What You'll Do:
Client Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses.
Provide regular updates on the progress of projects, addressing risks, scope changes and next steps.
Ensure client feedback is addressed and all deliverables are provided upon project completion.
Keep clients happy throughout the project! 🌻
Project Planning & Execution
Respond to project inquiries, build client proposals, and streamline onboarding processes.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for design projects (like branding, packaging) and digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, ads).
Stay on top of project scope, timeline, and budget.
Team Coordination
Allocate and manage resources to meet deadlines.
Communicate and check-ins via Discord/Email/Notion.
Assign tasks, manage workload distribution, make sure everyone has what they need to do what they do best.✨
Schedule and prepare for client calls, pitches, and team meetings to ensure all teams and deliverables are aligned.
Give our studio workflow a glow up. 💌 We're envisioning Inbox ZERO 🌈, streamlined Notion tasks so everyone knows what's what, and a clear calendar on revenue goals.
Bring good vibes, positivity, and enthusiasm to projects. Be the cheerleader for both the Studio team and the client. After all, it's a collaboration 🤝
Requirements:
Must LOVE project management and organization. You will know exactly what needs to be done, when, and by whom. You understand how to push, but not overwhelm.
You tend to be 4 or 5 on the Helpfulness Pyramid.
Incredible interpersonal skills: members of the team interface with creatives and clients from all walks of life directly, and should have integrity, empathy, and understanding in working with them.
Organizational and file management skills. 📁 We need to be able to jump into whatever project you're working on and be able to find things easily.
Comfortable with little direction. ➡️ We want you to take it and go! While in the beginning there will be some training on our workflow, we're looking for someone that is confident and self-motivated, but knows when it’s more efficient to ask for help.
You 💖 Feedback. We work VERY iteratively and believe in immediate feedback. You're someone that has a high EQ and implements feedback quickly or will communicate succinctly what is blocking you. Vice versa. We ❤️ feedback and encourage you to suss out any inefficiencies and suggest improvements to our workflow.
Must be US-based (sorry!). Client communcation and meetings typically happen across PT/ET time zones.
Experience with:
Project Management with Notion
Communicating via Discord and Loom
Working on a variety of projects like branding, web, social media content, digital marketing, packaging, and content production.
Agency life can be overwhelming, but you’re eager to streamline.
Remote life can be lonely, but it’s your preferred mode.
We're open to candidates without all the experience, but if you don't enjoy tackling the questions in the Project Manager Assessment (see the application), this role might not be the best fit.

Someone that is used to working somewhere they get a lot of support and structure. Think of us more like a collective of experienced freelancers that get things done. If you’ve never worked on your own, haven’t had experience managing a lot of tasks, and are not sure how to prioritize projects — this probably isn’t for you.
