We're growing quickly and are ready to bring on a Director of Operations who’s obsessed with organization, passionate about beauty and wellness, and ready to build systems that scale. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who wants to grow with the brand—not just work for it.
The Role
You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, customer experience, and wholesale partnerships—but you’ll also go beyond managing the day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who can design better systems, forecast for scale, lead a team, and help us operate smarter as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & System Optimization
Audit current workflows and implement streamlined SOPs across logistics, fulfillment, and customer experience.
Build and improve systems that support scaling—everything from order tracking to inventory reconciliation.
Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks and proactively implementing solutions.
Logistics & Fulfillment
Own end-to-end logistics and fulfillment flow—from warehouse coordination to on-time delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
Work cross-functionally with warehouse, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Experience & Support
Oversee customer service team or processes with a brand-right, thoughtful tone.
Improve resolution time, retention, and satisfaction across all support channels (email, social, etc.).
Ensure customers feel seen, supported, and loyal—always.
Wholesale Management
Manage and expand wholesale relationships with retailers and key accounts.
Process and monitor B2B orders, ensuring clear timelines, accurate fulfillment, and strong partner communication.
Own onboarding and product education materials for all wholesale accounts.
Leadership & Team Development
Hire effective operations and support team.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented culture across departments.
Serve as a key contact between ops, customer support, marketing, and leadership.
Forecasting & Inventory Planning
Partner with sales and marketing teams to forecast inventory demand across DTC and wholesale.
Align supply chain capacity with growth projections, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
KPI Management & Reporting
Own and track key metrics: order accuracy, delivery speed, customer experience response time, customer satisfaction, and wholesale reorder rates.
Generate regular reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.
Constantly look for ways to improve performance through data-driven decision making.
Technology & Tools
Experience and confident with systems like Shopify, Klaviyo.
Use Excel/Google Sheets to track performance and streamline reporting.
Who You Are
2–5 years experience in operations, logistics, or wholesale (skincare/wellness preferred).
Organized, proactive, and resourceful—you anticipate problems before they happen.
A builder and a doer: you’re just as comfortable writing SOPs as you are jumping in to fix a shipping error.
A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and a bias toward action.
Passionate about skincare, wellness, and building a brand with purpose.
Based in Beverly Hills — this role requires in-person presence.
