  • Funnel design, copy, and marketing tasks to our agency’s Universal Resources (graphic designer, copywriter, production assistant), with the help of our Project Manager.

  • Lead photoshoot direction, create shotlists, choose selects, and lead retouching decisions (with support of Creative Director and other Creative Strategists).

  • Direct / lead photoshoots and content creation as needed

  • Work directly with our Creative Director and Brand Marketing Director for large campaigns and creative decisions

  • Extract and articulate meaningful key insights to inform strategies and campaign concept development.

  • Work cross-functionally within the brands you own and within the agency as a whole

  • Monitor brand budgets with support from our Project Manager

  • Expertise in Adobe, Figma, and other design programs

  • Strong design eye and sense of aesthetic - experience working in jewelry or fashion accessories a bonus

  • Leadership skills and proactive attitude - we’re looking for someone who can strategize, execute and delegate tasks effectively

  • Live in the Los Angeles Area and be able to work in a hybrid (WFH/Office) capacity

  • Obsessed with brand building, with a desire to lead and execute your vision from start to finish.

  • Graphic design experience (UX/UI, web, social, paid ad design)

  • Knowledge of marketing best practices (copywriting, PR, email, campaign strategy, e-commerce)

  • Interest in the jewelry and/or D2C space preferred

  • Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable taking the lead (or asking good questions!)

  • Experience with Project Management programs. We use ClickUp, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Dropbox

  • Strong eye for design & attention to detail
