The best part of the course was getting to interact with Joellen. Her feedback was super helpful! I used the course to help prepare me to have a conversation with my boss (basically pitching my SMM services to him), which I now feel I can have given all of the decks I put together throughout the course.

The Social Media Manager Course helped launch my career pivot. I was able to secure a freelance social media gig because of the projects I worked on during this course, and that was my ultimate goal! I can’t thank Joellen enough for all her help and feedback—I felt supported every step of the way. This was the most entertaining course I’ve ever taken and it laid down a great foundation for my transition into the social media field.

This course was so incredibly insightful. It gave me a different look and perspective on social that I haven’t seen before. Joellen made tackling a social strategy seem so easy, and I especially appreciated how in-detail the lessons go for building reports. Not to mention the real-world advice I couldn't have found anywhere else. Joellen truly is an expert and just as importantly, she’s hilarious. 10/10.
